COVID Safety

Volunteering Victoria and the Arts Centre Melbourne are committed to providing a COVID safe event. Both Volunteering Victoria and the Arts Centre will comply with government directives relating to the health and safety of delegates, presenters and staff. 

 

The measures to promote a COVID safe environment include: 

Physical distancing

Please try to maintain at least 1.5 metres from others where possible, especially when moving around the venue.

Entries & exits

There is a one-way system in place marked with signage.

Hand sanitisers

Available upon entry and across the spaces.

Cashless venue

The Arts Centre is a cashless venue. All points of payment accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments.

Mask wearing

Arts Centre staff will be wearing face masks at all times. Masks are strongly recommended, unless an exemption applies.

Hygiene

Regular hand washing is highly recommended.

Vaccination

Visitors 18 years and over must either be fully vaccinated or hold a valid medical exemption.  Please download the Service Victoria app and link your vaccination certificate prior to arrival.  To do so, follow these instructions.

QR code registration via a mobile device is also required for all guests on arrival.  iPads are available on site for customers to register their details for contact tracing.
